    We were pleasantly surprised with our overall experience at Sizzler. The cashier was nice and helpful. Our waiter was really attentive and nice too. Our rib steaks were surprised good, though a little pricey. It well seasoned and cook to order. That was a super pleasant surprised, especially for a chain restaurant. The salad bar had a nice variety of greens, topping and dressing. The soft serve ice cream was tasty, much better than other places. The ambiance is okay. It would be nice if it was freshen up a bit. Some of the chairs in the booth were ripped. The tables worn down. It was my 1st time there and was super popular. Lots of folks when we arrived about 2:00pm and then more folks showed up at 4pm this Sunday. Looks like lots of people there and enjoying their meals.

    Mixed Experience with Service** Upon arrival, we were met by a host who seemed disinterested and inattentive. They provided minimal information and appeared more focused on other tasks than assisting us. This lack of engagement made the initial part of our visit somewhat frustrating and unwelcoming. I would suggest the manager of this facility to give a talk to Kim B. However, our server, Nicole, completely turned things around. Nicole was incredibly sweet, informative, and patient. Her professionalism stood out as she ensured our dining experience was pleasant. Despite the rocky start, Nicole's exceptional service made up for the initial disappointment by Kim. Management please listen to me, and keep your staff more organized and give congrats to Nicole, everyone should learn from her!!!

    Ugh man 5 plates of buffet in and I am stuffed. The service here is unexpectedly great. I mean idk I didn't expect to much from sizzler customer service wise but they wowed me from the moment I came in to the moment I left . All the items at the buffet taste really fresh too. The salad bar veggies actually are so good. I've never desired veggies this much in my life. I love the music they play here. There's soo many options at the drink fountain too . Dang I about to give up but whew I ate soo much healthy and prob not so healthy stuff here too . It was just sooo good. That Ice cream bar really topped me off good. Mac n cheese was an A+ , spaghetti was good too. Shout out to Kimzy the checker and i think manager and my server Robert. I couldn't finish all my I iced coffee but I ate everything else . Oh I am so so full. This place is really clean too and I ran into some old friends of mine here too.

    Well, Customer service appears to not be dead. After I wrote this review, I got a personal email and phone call from the district manager Nalleli, both commiserating and apologizing for the price increase. Apparently this franchise is under new management, and like all new owners, they want to turn a profit, so they've raised the prices. What doesn't make sense and was refreshing, was to have the manager personally apologize and offer us two free salad bars. With the price increase we won't be able to go as often, but at least we won't be surprised next time. Thanks Nalleli!! :)
